Room Rentals / Room Assignments:
Rooms are reserved for private gatherings of 10-65 guests.
The room assignments are based upon your anticipated number of guests.
If there are any fluctuations in the number of attendees, we reserve
the right to reassign the rooms accordingly.
Room rental fees may apple to those groups serving hors d'ouevres only
and/or utilizing the room for meeting purposes only.
Billing and Cancellation Policy:
Payment is expected in full at the time of your event. American Express,
Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well as a personal or
business check that is drawn on a NH bank. No deposit is required to
reserve a room for your event.
Guarantees:
We require a guaranteed number of attendees for business days prior
to your event (10 days for weddings). If more than one entree choice
is selected, we also require the total amount of each meal at this time.
If the banquet coordinator does not receive the guarantee, the original
number of guests will become the final guarantee. You will be charged
for that number, or the number of people served, whichever is greater.
The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction after this four business
day deadline.
Food and Beverage Policy:
Food and beverage is not permitted to be brought into the restaurant
or function from outside. The only exception to this would be a cake
celebrating the event. Any food remaining from a buffet style function
will not be permitted to leave the premises. Alcoholic beverage service
may be denied to those who appear to be intoxicated or who are under
21 years old.
Taxes / Services Charges:
Presently, all functions are subject to an 8% New Hampshire state meals
tax and a 17% service charge.
Contracted Times:
Please speak with our banquet coordinator for availability as contract
times vary.
Decorating:
You are welcome to decorate our rooms for your event. However we do
not allow tacks or tape on the walls, confetti, or birdseed. You are
responsible for removing ALL decorations prior to your departure at
the end of your event.
Damage Policies:
Clients of the Homestead are responsible for conduct of all persons
in attendance as well as any property mistakenly or deliberately removed
from the Restaurant premises.
